Operator review draft · 20 September 2026. This policy describes the features in this downloadable website build. The operator must verify actual hosting, payment, email, intake, retention and analytics practices before enabling paid services or publishing changed claims.
1. Who operates the service

Customer support: The operator must publish a monitored support email on the live site before accepting payments. Until then, paid services remain disabled.
2. Information and purposes
The free Analyzer, Version Battle and 3-Song Triage process audio in your browser; the website does not upload the selected files to our server through these tools. The optional track title and artist name on the printable certificate also stay in the browser. Website and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, request metadata, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may process this technical data under its own applicable documentation.
If paid services are activated, the hosted payment provider may collect payment details and billing and contact information, and share necessary order data with the operator for receipts, service delivery, fraud prevention and accounting. Do not send card numbers or sensitive recordings to a public contact address. Any later private audio intake will require a separately secured and documented process.
3. Cookies, storage, analytics and marketing
This downloadable build does not include an advertising pixel, third-party analytics script or browser-based ad retargeting. The privacy-preference control uses your browser's local storage solely to remember your selection. The website and its hosting or checkout services may still use technically necessary cookies or server logs. Visiting a hosted payment link transfers you to a separate provider governed by its own privacy notice.
Nonessential analytics and advertising tools are disabled in this build. If the operator introduces them, this notice and the preference control must be updated to identify vendors, collection, sharing, retention, purposes, and appropriate opt-out/consent mechanisms before loading those tools.

4. Sharing, storage and retention
Necessary site infrastructure and any activated checkout/email/intake providers may process limited information to deliver services, comply with law and protect the service. We do not claim that the site's hosting or checkout provider holds no personal data. The operator must document its actual retention periods for transaction records, messages and any paid-review recordings, including provider backups and applicable accounting obligations, before paid services launch. We do not sell customer recordings or obtain model-training rights through ordinary site use.
5. Security and international access
We use HTTPS and a local-first free audio workflow. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Services may be accessed from locations where infrastructure and payment providers process data in other jurisdictions. If a data incident occurs, the operator will assess and carry out applicable notice obligations.
6. Your choices and requests
You may choose not to use paid services, and you may delete local certificate data by closing the page or clearing your browser data. For requests to access, correct, delete or limit processing of personal information, or for marketing opt-outs where applicable, contact the verified support address published at launch. Rights and exceptions depend on your location and applicable law. The operator will verify identity proportionately before disclosing account data.
7. Children and updates
The site is not designed for children under 13; do not submit children's personal information through paid services. Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a revised effective date; any additional notice or consent required by law must also be provided.
